Administration Assistant

An Administration Assistant with some knowledge of bids and presentations is required by or client Sevenoaks, Kent.

As Administration Assistant you will assist with the administration and co-ordination of bids and accurately producing and formatting the content as well as assisting bid submission to deadline. You must have strong typing skills as you will be typing up large documents and working on eye-catching presentations as well as maintaining case studies and the business organisation chart

Strong written grammar and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to meet deadlines. Any knowledge of InDesign is useful, but training can be provided.

Required skills:

- Strong Administration skills

- Knowledge of MS Office Word / PowerPoint / Excel

- Experience working on bids and proposals (preferred)
