An experienced Claims Handler is required for a leading insurance company based near Maidstone, Kent. A salary of up to £22,500 is offered, depending on experience.
You will handle insurance claims through from first advice to the final settlement. You will need to be able to accurately record claims to input on the system. You will effectively communicate with customers over the phone and email. You will need to proactively identify any fraudulent cases and ensure you are complying with GDPR regulations.

The Claims Handler will ideally have the following experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a similar role would be a huge advantage
- Ability to be able to communicate with team members and report back to your team leader.
