An IT Service Manager with experience of leading teams and supporting software applications is required by our client based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. A salary of up to £30,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.
The IT Service Manager will be responsible for running the customer support helpdesk and the helpdesk analyst covering 1st and 2nd line support. You will manage support tickets ensuring each query is understood, assessed and resolved within the agreed SLAs.
As IT Service Manager you will identify and recommend improvements and changes to the online Helpdesk System as well as maintain ducmentation and provide reports for management.
You will ideally offer some knowhow with SQL or Oracle or HTML and CSS.
The IT Service Manager will work with the Technical Services Team to analyse, resolve and test complex bugs.
- Strong Helpdesk Support experience
- Software Application support skills
- Supervisory skills (non essential)
