Communications Manager Job Description

Job Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the management of in-market communications, e-market strategy and implementation of the brand. Liaison and management of public relations, ad agencies, media buying agency, consumer and trade media.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaison and management of PR, ad agencies, media buying agency and trade media
- Coordinate and hosting of press and media trips
- Ensure the brand is well established in the UK 
- Regular reporting and tracking
- Management of suppliers, service providers and agencies
- Researching and booking venues for events/courses and negotiating venue costs and terms and conditions of the booking

Skills / Attributes Required
- Must have experience in Marketing, PR, Communications and digital media
- Degree educated in marketing, media or PR
- Extensive knowledge and network contacts within UK media
- Budget and financial management experience an advantage
- Good public speaking and presentation skills

Typical Salary Range: £35,000 to £45,000
