Online Marketing Executive Job Description
Job Overview
A key role in the marketing team, the Online Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the Online Marketing Manager in the implementation of website optimisation and running online marketing campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing SEM campaigns, including writing and optimising PPC adverts
- Tracking, reporting and analysing online marketing campaign results across all marketing channels
- Research and implement new ways to optimise the website
- Create reports and analyse results
- Maintaining relationships with online advertisers including Google and Yahoo
Skills / Attributes Required
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification (CIM preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Solid web development experience working with ecommerce platforms
- Good understanding of standards complaint website development in HTML & CSS
- Experience of using ASP, PHP and SQL
- Good knowledge of XHTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Good organisational skills
Typical Salary Range: £20,000 to £30,000
