Role Overview
A Personal Assistant is required for a leading Financial Services company based near Farnham. A salary of up to £38,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will be required to be the PA to the director of the company. Managing his diary, filtering emails, organisation of meetings and booking travel and accommodation. You will liaise with administrators and other Directors. You must be able to organise and communicate well with a variety of people.

The Director works in various locations, so this role will offer flexible working and remote working. The main office is based just outside of Farnham, which would be your main base.

Skills Required
The Personal Assistant will ideally have the following experience:

-          Experience as a PA to a Director
-          Excellent organizational skills
-          Previous experience in diary planning
-          Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-          Good knowledge of MS Office packages
-          Resilient and confident
